Hotel Bellerive Zermatt

We had a truly enjoyable stay here. The rooms were spotless and offered a breathtaking view of the famous mountain nearby. The staff went above and beyond, providing us with exceptional service throughout our stay. The breakfast was simply amazing, offering a wide variety of delicious options. Additionally, the hotel's spa was a perfect place to unwind after a long day of exploring. We couldn't have asked for more and would highly recommend this place to everyone.

We loved the cleanliness of the hotel and the amazing breakfast. The staff was friendly and helpful. The location was ideal, near the bus stop for skiing and close to the Kirchbrucke bridge where we could see the Matterhorn clearly.

The hotel is conveniently located, with easy access to the scenic train station and the ski lifts by way of a free bus that circles the town. It is also near the Kirchbrucke bridge, where guests can enjoy clear views of the Matterhorn. The rooms are modern and clean, offering stunning valley views from the balcony. The bathroom is stylish and features a great waterfall-style shower. The staff are friendly and go above and beyond to accommodate guests' needs. The breakfast buffet is delicious, providing a variety of options.

One downside is that the shower can be slippery and it can be difficult to prevent water from splashing onto the bathroom floor and mirrors.

I had a fantastic stay at this luxurious hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to ensure my comfort. The room I stayed in was absolutely stunning, with a breathtaking view of the surrounding mountains. I was pleasantly surprised to find slippers and bath gowns provided, as well as a Nespresso coffee-making machine for my convenience. The breakfast served at the hotel was delicious and the cozy lounge with a fireplace was the perfect place to relax and unwind. I also appreciated the special treats provided for my furry friend, including a pillow, bowl, and bone. the comfort and quality of service at this hotel truly surpassed my expectations.

I had an excellent stay at this wonderful hotel where they make you feel like family. The staff treated me with utmost kindness and treated me like I was visiting family. The location was perfect, close to the main street action but on a quiet side street with beautiful views. The hotel itself was comfortable, stylish, and spotlessly clean. The breakfast was excellent, and the spa and sauna added a touch of relaxation to my stay. I highly recommend this hotel.

I had such a wonderful stay at a charming hotel in a amazing resort. The room was luxurious with special features like free movie rentals and plenty of English-speaking TV channels. The location was perfect, right in the center with great restaurants nearby and an easy walk to the gondola and train stations. The staff was friendly and made me feel so welcome. And let's not forget the amazing breakfast! Freshly squeezed orange juice, sparkling wine, homemade jam, gourmet cheeses, and delicious breads. I even got to use an iPad in the garden! Plus, the view of the Matterhorn from my balcony was fine. I couldn't ask for a better experience. I highly recommend this hotel and can't wait to come back for a longer stay.

Located in a quiet area right in the center of Zermatt, Hotel Bellerive offers a convenient location with a number of very nice restaurants close by. The shuttle service back to the train station is a great perk, making transportation easy for guests. The rooms are cozy and comfortable, with some offering stunning views of the surrounding mountains. The breakfast is delicious, offering a variety of options to start the day off right. The staff is friendly and attentive, ensuring a pleasant stay for every guest.

Some guests mentioned that the hotel is located across the street from a bar which can sometimes have loud music until late at night.

The owners were friendly and knowledgeable, breakfast was amazing with fresh orange juice and sparkling wine, iPads were available to use, close to the town center, highly recommend.
